Andhra Pradesh has a coastline of about 974 KMs with one Major Port at Visakhapatnam under the administrative control of Government of India and 14 notified Ports under the control of Government of Andhra Pradesh, out of which 5 are functional Ports. (as on June 2020) Apart from the major port in Visakhapatnam, the 5 functional Ports are :  1) Kakinada Port 2) Rawa Port 3) Machilipatnam Port 4) Gangavaram Port 5) Krishnapatnam Port Among Minor Ports , Krishnapatnam Port handles most cargo.

Currently there are 6 operational Airports in Andhra Pradesh which connect with major cities. (as on June 2020). There are currently 3 operational International Airports 1) Vizag International Airport 2) Vijayawada International Airport 3) Tirupathi International Airport And there are 3 operational Domestic Airports 1) Rajahmundry Airport 2) Kadapa Airport 3) Kurnool Airport A new Vishakhapatnam International Airport at Bhogapuram is planned to be developed under PPP mode, in an extent of 2,203 acres.
